Mot dilemma what to do

well not exactly but wednesday next week is motd day after best part of a year not motd.

now here is a story........


you know how cosmic is a bit lairy and loud in the exhaust department
and its not got any pully guards ( and extra pullies)
and the wheels stick out of the body
and no front numberplate visible
and a melted rear number plate
and no handbrake ( well it has but there is a nack!)
and the hooter goes off when it wants
and the wipers dont realy wipe
and the exhaust sticks out a bit
and
and
and nothings changed.

When i built cosmic i used to have a friendly mot man any way his wife has a brother who needed a child minder because he had split from his wife and he was left with the kids.
Well my ex wife was setting up as a child minder after she was made redundant but had no customers....... so i introduced my mot man to my now ex wife well gave them both phone numbers so thay could sort it out. and low and behold mot mans brother in laws kids were looked after by my ex wife Well as it happens i think thay did sort it out because after a few months my wife uped and offed. nothing going on there of course but she is living with the brother now... how queer is that.

Anyway pol time

should i take the car back for its anual mot????

It should pass because it passed previously or would it fail???????
either way there is a bit of an obligation to have a few words or raised eyebrows in the departments direction.

would the mot man accept it for testing??????

Take it back to the same place

I have actualy booked some where else. but think i will change it to the old place. Its all abit John Terry for me tho.

But i do like to make peoples days. lol

Ok, that is way weird!

I think I'd also be tempted to go back to the same place to see if the guy could look me in the eye.

Been and got it done. not at the old place but i will go back

Been out today and got my ministry of transport anual test done.

I have a couple of certificates from this trip

1) A fail notice certificate the rear number plate is the wrong size ( doup my own fault i forgot to change it. (these are red colour)

2) An Advisory the exhaust is a bit noisy ( orange colour)

3) A Pass certificate. I took the front hiden numberplate off and stuck it on with tape (like a blue in colour)

For a min i thought i was at a drag strip i was off rear tyres blaising and two black lines in the carpark. lol

It was bloody freezing came home in the dark odd snow showers it didnt help i did 1 junction on the motorway plodding allong at 85mph on the speedo (actual speed 77mph) 3000 revs when up the side of me came a porsch- poursch-porsher oh bugger Cockster Kyian or however you spell it( 4 wheel drive thing) i squeezed the skate board wheel i mean throttle and left him for dead i was doing oil miles per hour again i didnt get up to 0 as i was to cold.

I know its not big or clever but as i am only 12 years old its fun just to see his face.

Any way home now i have to get on with tuning that carb its all good below 3000 revs but it to week above this well i think it is as its feeling a bit like its running out of fuel.

Going to do a plug chop and check it out all beit when its a little warmer
