Sad2 Spark plugs

Well i used a set of bosh super long reach plugs for cosmic you know the ones for the 2ltr aircooled type 25 as per recomended for my street eliminator heads. The problem is with the extra hot induction system and the strong belt from my ignition system one is totaly fugged no spark at all in less than 300 miles. can any one sugest a better plug?

The problem is the bosh is a long reach but the tip is also flush with the threads not sticking out like most modern plugs.

Russ (type 4 ) what plugs do you use or did with the same ignition system and what do you use with the turbo as this must run a bit hot too.

I have done that 45 thou and It seems to be only the 1 plug so all is well. They are running a bit cold and rich. I cant remember if i opened the gaps originaly but hay ho.

Been out today and got my ministry of transport anual test done.

I have a couple of certificates from this trip

1) A fail notice certificate the rear number plate is the wrong size ( doup my own fault i forgot to change it. (these are red colour)

2) An Advisory the exhaust is a bit noisy ( orange colour)

3) A Pass certificate. I took the front hiden numberplate off and stuck it on with tape (like a blue in colour)

For a min i thought i was at a drag strip i was off rear tyres blaising and two black lines in the carpark. lol

It was bloody freezing came home in the dark odd snow showers it didnt help i did 1 junction on the motorway plodding allong at 85mph on the speedo (actual speed 77mph) 3000 revs when up the side of me came a porsch- poursch-porsher oh bugger Cockster Kyian or however you spell it( 4 wheel drive thing) i squeezed the skate board wheel i mean throttle and left him for dead i was doing oil miles per hour again i didnt get up to 0 as i was to cold.

I know its not big or clever but as i am only 12 years old its fun just to see his face.

Any way home now i have to get on with tuning that carb its all good below 3000 revs but it to week above this well i think it is as its feeling a bit like its running out of fuel.

Going to do a plug chop and check it out all beit when its a little warmer.
